Beijing Normal University Celebrates 30th Anniversary of Law Discipline Development and Hosts Forum on Cultivating Outstanding Legal Professionals in the New Era

On October 18, 2025, the Celebration Ceremony for the 30th Anniversary of Law Discipline Development and the Forum on Innovative Cultivation of Outstanding Legal Professionals in the New Era were grandly held at Beijing Normal University. Renowned scholars and experts from the legal academia and judicial practice sectors nationwide, leaders from partner universities, alumni, and faculty and student representatives gathered to reflect on the university’s 30-year journey in legal education and research, and to discuss the mission and future of cultivating legal talent in the new era.

The ceremony was presided over by Professor Zheng Yanpu, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Beijing Normal University.
