  "The Evolution Logic, Structural Evaluation and China Path of the Three-Class Crime Theory System" written by Professor Jia Jidong, School of Law and School of Criminal Law Sciences, Beijing Normal University, will be published by Law Press in 2025.

  The book takes the structure of the three-class crime theory system as the research object. By conducting a commonality inspection and personality comparison between the three-class crime theory system in the civil law system and the four-element crime constitution system in China, it evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the two, and aims at Chinacrime Constitution theoryIn order to improve the flaws, propose a perfect path, and then point out the future direction of China's criminal composition system, and advocate reforming the general theory of China's criminal composition theory to make it logical, refined, practical and simple.
