Gao Mingxuan, male, born in May 1928, from Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the honorary president, distinguished consulting professor, and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Criminal Legal Science of Beijing Normal University, and the honorary first-level professor and doctoral supervisor of Renmin University of China.
