He Ting, male, born in October 1979, from Ningbo, Zhejiang, member of the Communist Party of China, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He is currently the vice president of the Institute of Criminal Law Sciences at Beijing Normal University; the Research Base of Minors 'Prosecutions of the Supreme People's ProcuratorateExecutive Director.

He has studied at China University of Political Science and Law since 1998 and graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2008 with a doctorate. Visiting scholar at the Vera Institute of Justice, Taiwan Political University, and the London School of Economics.

Mainly engaged in research on criminal procedure law, juvenile justice and empirical research methods. Published nearly 100 papers and translations, and published 2 solo works and 2 translations. He has presided over more than 10 projects such as the National Social Science Fund and the Ministry of Justice, and has been selected into the "Young Talent Program" of Beijing City Colleges and Universities. Won awards such as "Qian Duansheng Legal Research Achievement Award","China Legal Outstanding Achievement Award" and "Capital Talent". He also serves as a member of the Juvenile Justice Professional Committee of China Criminal Procedure Law Research Society, deputy director of the Judicial and Social Work Professional Committee of China Social Work Society, and an expert in uninspected business guidance for local procuratorial organs such as Yunnan Province and Shenzhen City.
