The China Entrepreneur Crime Prevention Research Center of Beijing Normal University (hereinafter referred to as the Center), established in 2012, is the first domestic university registered with the Ministry of Education to focus on corporate compliance and criminal risk prevention and control among corporate executives. 1. Purpose of the Center

Based on the background of high-quality economic and social development, the center aims to "improve the level of corporate compliance governance, enhance entrepreneurs 'criminal risk prevention and control capabilities, and promote the healthy growth of enterprises and entrepreneurs", and relies on the leading position of Beijing Normal University in the country in criminal disciplines. Level, by gathering high-quality resources inside and outside the school, we strive to build bridges between jurists, entrepreneurs and judicial institutions, lawyers, media and the public, and lead interdisciplinary research on corporate compliance and criminal risk prevention and control. Serve the upgrading and development of China enterprises and the legal service industry.

2. Central activity platform

The center mainly relies on the following activity platforms to carry out academic research and social service activities:

(1) Release the "Annual Analysis Report on Entrepreneur Crime in China"

Based on professional statistical analysis of data and typical case analysis, the "Annual Analysis Report on Entrepreneur Crime in China" was compiled and a press conference attended by major central media was organized. Since 2013, seven "China Entrepreneur Crime Reports" have been issued in a row, which has had widespread social impact.

(2) Hold the annual meeting of the "High-end Forum on Criminal Risk Prevention and Control for Entrepreneurs"

This forum was jointly established by the Center and the former Office of Duty Crime Prevention of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the former Third Bureau of the Anti-Corruption Administration in 2013. It aims to bring together cross-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary experts and scholars to discuss corporate compliance and entrepreneurial criminal risk prevention and control. Frontier theoretical issues and major practical issues. So far, seven forum meetings have been successfully held, attracting widespread attention from society.

(3) Publishing the "Entrepreneur Crime Analysis and Criminal Risk Prevention and Control Report"

Collect selected papers from the "China Entrepreneur Crime Annual Report" and the "Entrepreneur Criminal Risk Prevention and Control High-end Forum" to publish the "Entrepreneur Crime Analysis and Criminal Risk Prevention and Control Report." So far, four volumes of research reports have been published in a row, which are rare and important reference materials for conducting corporate risk governance, corporate compliance business and related theoretical research.

3. Central social services

While leading theoretical research, the center actively carries out a series of service activities centered on corporate compliance and criminal risk prevention and control.

1. Enterprise criminal risk prevention and control training. Based on the real environment faced by my country's enterprises and entrepreneurs, focusing on the source, identification, prediction and prevention of criminal risks, we organize targeted training for corporate executives, legal personnel, lawyers, etc. to improve practical skills in criminal risk prevention and control.

2. Construction of enterprise compliance system. Based on the systematic identification and diagnosis of criminal risk points existing in enterprise operations, it helps enterprises establish a comprehensive prevention and control system covering compliance systems, compliance mechanisms, compliance culture and crisis management to protect the sustainable development of enterprises.

3. Invited expert consultation in difficult and complex criminal cases involving enterprises. The center organizes authoritative experts to conduct special consultations and judgments to form influential authoritative consultation reports and promote the proper handling of cases in accordance with the law.

4. Personalized consultation on criminal risk prevention and control for entrepreneurs. The center will set up a dedicated think tank to provide entrepreneurs with personalized consulting services on risk prevention, control and resolution, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of entrepreneurs.
